Is there a refund option on purchased items?

An example:
I buy a flaming weapon effect for 70 points (7 dollars, 1 dollar = 10 points). The deal was made, GGG got their money and everything went through flawlessly.
Then I see they release a new frog pet and it costs 70 points. I decide an ingame companion that follows me is better then a flame effect and want to get that instead.
In that scenario GGG already got the 7 dollars, there is no breach of contract or fowl play here! I just ask if it's possible to return the flame effect for the 70 points (and just the virtual points, not the money!) and use it to buy the frog pet.
