[WIP] Need help to optimize my LL Storm Brand Occultist!

Cleared all content in the game, first guardian was down at lv.73, deathless uber elder later on.

Build has 10k ES, lots of light pen, couple defensive stats. The following pastebin is for the uber elder encounter.

Budget was around 20ex give or take. Watcher's eye was 5.5ex. All tips to make it optimized are very welcome!
