Latency spikes when fighting large groups (MTR Included)

Good evening guys and gals. I'm here looking for any tips at all as to what might be my issue I've had in PoE for quite some time...intermittently I'm having issues with either fps or latency (My ping spikes) lag when I'm fighting large groups (Especially if they explode).

I've posted my MTR below to get any advice from people who know more about this stuff than me. During this MTR I experienced this lag, plus an entire game crash during a Lich fight...of course.
