Has anyone tried a Shield Throwing Elementalist?

I've got some random goodies sitting in my stash, and had been playing around with PoB to build a Spectral Shield Throw Elementalist, using one of the Stat Sticks (that totally would work for this), and elemental damage to Go Bananas, and try to get Reflect Immune (as much as possible)


For Ease, I was thinking about using a Magna Eclipsis to start out mapping with coupled with a stat stick.

I've seen several people have done other Classes as Shield Throwers, and have seen some interesting choices, but wasn't sure if anyone had thought about doing it with the Elemental Reflect Immunity from the witch? (I know, Scion would probably be better, but I have enough Scions)
