Killed Brine King, Weylam not offering ride to Act 7

Bug# 3,399,483,635

Weylam never had an exclamation point over his head when I got to him after killing Brine King. I think it may have to do with the fact that I TPed to town then took the WP back to Weylam before leaving BK's island. I tried taking the TP back to the island and walking back to Weylam, but still no ride.

How do I go on with the game from here?

OK, I'm a dummy. I tried several things, logging out, reloading instance, and finally killing BK again. Then I realized I was supposed to see Weylam right there on the Brine King's island with me after the fight. I was going back to him by the Waypoint. Don't know how I missed him before. Weird that he was also there by the waypoint for me to find him though.
