Q: Can removed syndicate members return eventually?

While playing I removed 2 of my syndicate members but now I see there are challenges associated with them. Is there a way for removed members to come back?

Yes, they will. There's no infinity of Sydicate Members to swap, so they'll have a chance to return when you remove someone else. Also, I think the board resets after you kill the main boss.

Yes the board reset when i killed the syndicate boss. I lost progress on all my safehouses i had setup to my liking. Very aggreviating. It should atleast give fair warning.

Don't do the syndicate boss until you are done with the other 4 safehouses.
