Cannot summon Herald of agony with elemental poison.

(on said gloves it clearly says your fire DAMAGE can poison) to proc said fire damage i'm using cyclone fully converted to fire damage and the axe's projectiles,but neither of those are procing the herald.It may be intended,but it would feel like a cheap typo I.m.o.
