Farming act 1 cruel

So I'm playing a critical melee shadow and have hit a bit of a gear gap. I was wondering about good places in act 1 to farm. Any suggestions?

hillock. he has excellent drops especially considering how easy he is to kill

what is ledge run?

ledge is the easiest level in act 1. it is populated by mostly skelies and has the big totem idol for a boss shooting sparks. i jsut finished leveling there. it is great. though i admit a bit boring.

Being level 49, what do you think would be the best solo farm level? Docks runs with a group proves to be fast, but being a squishy guy, I can die to a voidbearer very quickly and end up losing more exp than gain in a run.
