inaccessible area City Square map

I cleared the map but didn't find the syndicate. It looks like there is another area to the south but I can't get there even trying Lightning warp.

Have the same issue. Inaccessible area in City Square map.
In my case a Zana quest with a harbringer spawned in that area. Can't complete the quest.  Last edited by Ixo#5929 on Dec 15, 2018, 11:34:44 PM
