Does Cinderswallow Urn work with totems?

I just got Cinderswallow Urn and was wondering if it will replenish my mana and life. I play Hierophant arc totems. Thanks

Hi, I was searching for this answer, and came across this post.
According to the wiki, NO, it DOES NOT work with totems. But are not ignites (all dots) always owned by the player , thus the interaction with poison and southbounds?
