Incorporate some 'increased item quantity' items in your build and maintain a good clear speed (so you'll need some layers of defense and good damage output - don't use a bisco's, use a shaped quant amulet with [life/es/whatever your build needs] and DPS, slap a pair of Goldwyrm boots with perfect quant rolls - 20%, etc., there are many options available). And you've got a magic find build; i recommend you theory craft in path of building.

There's also plenty of Windripper builds to get inspired by if you're planning to use a Windripper build, just browse the ranger section, they're all good.

Bisco's beats Shaper amulet, especially with no Zana Beyond this league. Bisco's is overall 16.5% quant. Only a 20% Eyes of the Greatwolf beats it, or if you're running Beyond on every map (which isn't possible this league.)

Bisco's quantity increase doesn't affect anything other than plain white mobs which is a turn off for me, i prefer flat quant. increase that affects everything because rare/magic packs drop more items and rare/magic mobs are prevalent in the maps i roll. Complemented by other affixes that i'd want, which help survivability and improve clear speed.

tbh the best amulets for quantity are the tier 3 quant talismans. Do tier 3 jewelry rooms in temple :) Hard to get a good roll but when you do it is soo juicy!
