Request: Alva in hideout to open temple from.

In the incursion league we could run maps and then open alva's temple in the hideout if/when we wanted to. Right now we are basically forced to run the temple right there in the map we are in. Something I do not always account for time-wise. As the temple takes a while to fully run.

So please place alva in the hideout so we can open the temple from there, on our own terms. Thanks.

If I understand your post, you are probably a victim of the same bug that happened to me.
You can invite Alva to hideout and open Temple from there, but you can only do it after you "unbug" the ACT VII Alva quest. How that happened, I have no idea, but for me, it was after finishing my first Temple.

Maybe it is not even a bug, but rather an obscure feature?

Thanks for the replies, I do not know if it is a bug. I have completed a temple earlier by killing the boss, but I can not find a way to invite alva to the hideout. Both the map and town alva do not give me those options.

I had no idea about that and genuinely thought there was a bug where you couldn't invite her after the first mission during acts. I had already invited Einhar so naturally my assumptions held same way about Alva. I love how there is zero info on these things in game and then one just randomly stumbles upon it on forums.

Of course there has to be zero info in game because real PoE players are teh 3lit3 supa players. Go play other games if you don't know your 3lit3 supa shit. No correct tooltip numbers for you, either.

But fortunately she was waiting in Oriath with the other folks, so I invited her from there.

I'm pretty sure I invited her into my hideout before my first temple (I only played one so far as I don't really like incursion, and I played it from my hideout).

I think it was MEANT to be like this : You solve her quest given in ACT VII by finishing the one Incursion, then she could be invited to your hideout (~without finishing whole temple first).

However, this only works for someone. Rest of us happen to get to a state where the first Incursion does not close the quest, then you need to wait until it happens (~happened in my first map-based Incursion)

EDIT: Today;s patch notes claim this to be fixed
