Is it worth doing the Azurite Mine when i'm in Act 6 and am a level 48 Elementalist?

I have 300 Voltaxic Sulphite, which is the limit, otherwise I wouldn't do it. Would I get good loot and experience from beginning Azurite Mine now?

Drop is pretty decent, somewhat similar to Delve. Farming azurite at low level is a shore though, and darkness is very dangerous until you are able to buy upgrades.
I'm not exactly pro miner here but what I did last season with my arc witch is that I would stick around a lvl of the mine that I can handle and where darkness isn't killing me easily. I mine the azurite to increase my sulphite cap. Then with a high sulphite cap, I only went for lvl 2 azurite nodes (sticking to the lvl mine I can handle) and once I have a ton of azurite, I pump it into dark resistances and light radius. But I only did this when I actually finished the acts. So i'd mine and then once sulphite finished, I turned to mapping for sulphite. The more increased sulphite cap, the longer you can stay in the mines and more azurite you can collect and that means you can pump a ton of azurite into darkness resistance and light radius. This kinda the strategy that i have been following but probably others will tell you different.
If your defences and damage are decent, go for it.

Delve starts at Alvl 35 iirc, but mobs are significantly stronger than regular zone mobs.
