Tiny's Trial too fast

I am a n00b, but I guess I am also soooo duuumb...

There's no syndicate chest/crafting table or whatever that i did not completely f--k up the first time. On the Tiny's I messed up a very good armor (which I bought for 5 chaos) I accidentally corrupted it blue, so the Tiny's table actually costed me 5 chaos.. Before that I even messed up the timed chest with unique items and could not get anything - I didnt know that CntrL+Lmb didn't work there.. One time I even missed on the safehouse completely - didn't know they go away after "some?" time..

I guess this league is specifically for seasoned players, while n00bs like me, well.. yeah.. Not complaining, that's all good, one day I'm gonna be a seasoned player, so a league that rewards its long-time players is actually a very very good thing, really, just maybe not exactly on such a high cost on the n00bs. All cool though! ;)
How do you accidentally corrupt something lol
You either knew the risks of a vaal orb or shouldn't have used one.
But yes, Tiny doesn't seem very friendly to new players who don't know the exact mod ranges on items instantly.
Same with that "pick one item" mechanic.
It's a meme thing. There is literally no way anyone would get anything good from them. This is GGG absolutely trolling us.

I was in a rush and instead of the blue/yellow face orb (forgot the name) I tried the vaal one (or whichever corrupts the item).. Was trying be quick - quick and dumb.. I've never before used an orb to make a rare from a blue item - they are too expensive for such a "waste" (for me).. So I had to read all orbs to find it and no time to read and I just guessed wrong I guess.. lol.. I did have like 8-9 seconds left, but thought I had to drag the item back to the inventory, like the way the unique item chest works.. When I read - I f--k up, when I son't read - I f--k up, when i think i'm learning it turns out to be the oposite.. and why would they forbid the Cntrl+Lmb, isn't this simply part of the cntrols in this game.. with no warning..

i've seen streamers clicking twice or faster than me when doing speed runs and i considered my skills as being average.

of course it's a troll, they only want your adrenaline go up and it likely works :)

last time they had this feature were voided races where a chest would drop exalteds and even mirrors (the one and only time i got my hands on one).

having to mirror your starter gear was a really hard thing to do: "here's your mirror, you will likely never have one again".

would be better with no time limit but limited orbs like 10 c 10 ex, 1 vaal 1 alch 1 regal
These trial seem really useless other than to exalt slam an item you currently use.

Even the good trial gives you like 16 seconds to chaos spam an item. How many chaos can you feasible spam within that time vs the time it took to get tiny to spawn and open a location?

i think if you make the vaaling mandatory, they would implement it.

Watch Ziggy D's youtube video about this. He is clever enough to use ES bases and chaos spam - only looking at the es number to go over a certain point. This means he can get through 20+ chances at a good item since an ES chest mostly cares about the flat es value, not the mods like other slots/bases.

Instead of instantly crying that something is wrong or too hard, maybe try asking yourself:

am I doing this right?
what options haven't I tried yet that might make this more effective?
can I learn from others mistakes before continuing to make my own, or before giving up?
