Alva, Master Explorer

Maybe 'tis a stupid question, but how am I supposed to complete "No Time Like the Present" quest? Alva says: "I believe the secret of its location lies in the Vaal City ...". I fully cleared "The Vaal City" zone (7 act) twice, but nothing happened. Never played Incursion League, btw.

Yup, same problem here in Standard. Went up and down the Vaal city looking for her...she's not there.

Same problem and this cause incursion sign on atlas bug too

Running up and down causeway with quest marker telling me to find Alva in causeway, but she's not there.

She stood me up!
