Alva quest cannot complete

My Act 7 quest "no time like the present" given by Alva in the bridge encampment refuses to complete, which is preventing me from getting any decoration ranks with Alva or inviting her to my hideout. The quest is stalled at "Complete the temporal Incursion for Alva."
A brief timeline of what happened: Arrived in Act 7, talked to Alva. First time in the Causeway, found Alva and entered an incursion (died). Found 2 more incursions in that causeway, entered both, died each time. Found Alva in Act 9 and 10 zones, finished the remaining 8 incursions and the temple of Atzoatl. Now finding Alva in maps, and still the quest will not progress. EDIT: A fix for me at least has been found, in exiting the incursion room manually through the portal instead of letting it time out (thanks DarqKiller). Can now invite Alva to my hideout. Same here, no progress, please put this on high priority the temple is one of the best things ever made in poe :)

exit any incursion in any location by the portal to fix

I am at 11/11 incursions. Cant enter any more. Cant invite Alva to my HQ to run the temple. Cant trigger Alva "daily" quests to show up. The atlas daily quest is showing up for Alva, but even if I go into the map she wont spawn and the quest remains on the atlas.
Really bugging me as I love Incursion |

I do last room in act 10, and I could go to Temple but i chose to kill kitava first, latter i have DC and thats it, I never saw her again she is still at lvl 1 in act 7 :/ |
