Highlight items and objects is also my pickup key?

Since the last league, I've been noticing that my key to pickup items, also highlights all items and object (ALT).
Setting the item pickup key to something like F will not work. As soon as I change highlight objects key to something else. Only that specific key will work to pickup items. But it will also show all items on the ground, rendering my loot filter moot.

Is this something on my end, or the games end?


Summary : Item pickup key doesn't work. Highlight key also serves as the pickup key instead.
