Can't Encounter Alva (Questline Bugged)

Same here, full timeline:

- Went to Act 7, completed 1 incursion (forgot that she spawns 3 times per zone)
- Later went back and completed all 3 incursions
- Quest is still active, but Alva no longer spawns in the Causeway. She still spawns in maps randomly. Can't invite her to hideout.

To add to it when you have done all 11 incursion you can't access the temple.

Same here. Done ll incursions in maps, cant access her, cant invite to hideout

OK, I finally fixed mine. I found her (randomly, in a map) and killed zero architects and opened zero doors. What you have to do is exit via the portal instead of timeout or death.

I start even thinking to make new character till Act 7.. and try to get her to my own hideout.. But once again spend hours to get thru that with only hope it could help for main toon?

If I come to my wife hideout, I can't see her Alva inside as well.

My Last hope is that GGG will fix it quick.

I cant find her in causeway which the quest told me to.

I encountered Alva in Dread Thicket, but only did 2 of the incursions before I had to log. When I came back, I still had the quest for Alva but never encountered her again. I'm in Act 9 now and haven't seen her; can't invite her to hideout and I've re-spawned Dread Thicket about 17 times now trying to get her to show up again, but I just get either nothing or Einhar. Not that it's a huge deal, though, since my build sucks and couldn't really clear the incursions fast enough anyway, plus I'd rather Delve. But still...

This is where I'm at. Completed 11 Incursions thinking the quest would update afterwards, it didn't. Alva has no new dialogues in town, can't be invited to your hideout, and no longer appears in maps, including when she's supposed to be guaranteed to appear.

I just got her to spawn in a map and open portals to current day temple, now i can do incursions normaly.
