Table of Sacrifice - Crafting Failed

Well, there were T2 Apex of Ascension, but when I tried to sacrifice unique items, each of them were denied with the msg:

I have the same problem, but I have two sacrifice rooms. One is T3 while the other is T2.
 Funny thing is, if I put a unique in one altar, go to the other one, the same unique is in the other altar. |

Altar of Sacrifice same problem
3 775 056 316 Crafting failed: the operation could not be completed I represent only myself, my own thought and believes. I am individual, not a representative of the community.
I am not speaking on behalf of someone else and I don't get offended by things that have nothing to do with me. 3.13 was the golden age. |

 got T1 room to sacrifice any unique item for a new one, cannot do it, rejoined instance and also used an other item (amulet) |
