"Create a unique jewel" beastcrafting recipe creates no item.

I loaded the recipe, hit craft, killed all the monsters without dying, and the altar is empty. I think the ilvl was supposed to be 18, maybe that caused it to bug out?

Can confirm, I did the exact same recipe and probably with the same enemies (Some spiders from the weavers den) (level 18) jewel was supposed to be created.
But after the altar glowed red nothing was there. |
