I have the same issue. Interestingly, it works perfectly fine on my first character that I started to Delve with, but NOT with my second character.
It seems to behave like my second character is not the owner of the Delve mine. |

Same issue here. I am not entirely sure but think this has began since i skipped some of Niko's quests and instead just kept progressing through delve.

Same here, on other character was fine, this is all does not work.
3.15 was a joke. 3.19 was a disaster. Archnemesis/Ruthless/Crucible(Archnemesis 4.0?) - worst ideas. Ruthless is a joke, a waste of resources. PoE2(exilecon version) was super disappointing.

I certainly do have this probem as well. I beg developers to fix this ASAP. it is so frustrating.
it happend to me after I ripped my first character. the second one is just not able to use the crawler properly.
