[3.5] Arc league starter question (into Poet's Pen endgame)

Hey there, I'm conflicted as to which ascendancy to choose for my league starter. I want to make an Arc character, into Poet's Pen/LWarp, but there's different versions. Witch, Scion and Inquisitor...

Mathil's Poet Pen Inquisitor (Arc/LW/Ball Light) seems extremely strong. In a perfect I would like to play that one, but on a Witch :

So what I'm asking is, which one is strongest, and should I wish to pick Mathil's build, could you please help me adjusting the passive tree for the Witch ?
Any help would be appreciated, as I'm a bit of a noob :)
