Stat-Stick Nerf

Hey guys,
Although I have already played a few leagues, I am a bit confused about the stat-stick nerf in 3.5!

My plan was to play a character at the beginning of the league, who is able to level easily and quickly, in order to progress into Uber-Lab farming!

Since the Nerf of the Stat-Sticks, my original Plan, playing a Sunder Jugg, failed, and I am looking for a new build.

Are they any valuable melee build, which were not affected by the nerf, and are good league starters?

I would suggest to look at comments on this build ;) People have already asked if something changed. I was playing it in bestiary and was good as starter and to play endgame. I didn't try uber elder and couldn't do HoG, but shaper, uber atziri, vaal temple and beasts were easy.
