Option to not click loot on ground when walking?

Hey guys, brand new PoE player here. Love the game too.


I've been a Diablo 2 player since its inception, and I love the entire PoE system. That being said, Diablo 2 had an option called "nopickup" where you could click/walk/move around without accidentally picking up loot. This made combat and other experiences MUCH easier to deal with when spamming your left click attack as you could always target the enemy or run away without accidentally picking up loot, filling up your inventory, and then just aimlessly clicking on random crap on the ground while trying to move during combat.




What I would like to know is if there is some kind of option to where I can only pick up loot when holding the alt key? Or something like it?

Yes! It's called key pickup, and found in UI options. Set it to "use highlight key" to use alt (or whatever your highlight key is), or "use bound key" to set a separate keybind for it.

Sweet Jesus, perfect! Lol it was super annoying trying to click on enemies and picking up the same item over and over because my inventory was full instead.
