I'm not criticizing the -60% endgame, but the -30% after Act V for the reasons I stated ealier.
This issue is much more aggravating for ES builds that don't spend a point in Chaos Innoculation.

Most ES builds should be CI or low-life. If you’re doing hybrid life/es (which is indeed a thing), high chaos res is a must.
Limitations like these, btw, are why it’s easier/cheaper to build a life-based build than an ES one.
