Trigger Word of Thunder on Kill

gloves enchantment enchanted Trigger Word of Thunder on Kill I search all over internet to find intelligible information about this enchantment and failed excepting 1 or 2 sites with little amount of information 1. What kind of thing these cones? 2. "Damaging cones of lightning surround you" this phrase is hard to be translated 3. when i kill enemy then i deal lightning damage surrount me. What is the radius of damage 4. Is there any visual effects - some video? 5. I never acquainted such kind of skill - some old league from? It is a Lab enchantment

" Thanks but i saw this link - it is not a video where i could see "full picture" of this enchantment in work... i saw this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XRCHjf_ENbQ yes there was information about word of thunder but it is difficult to extract visual componet of this skill and moreover i dont perceive english by ear I played some maps and didn't saw any icon.... It will show up when you trigger the effect

It is a low level enchant, hopefully you didn't pay too much ;)

You can see the enchant effects on you character screen when cycling through your skills. Some of these have quite big base damage and are scaled by global modifiers or have utility effects.
