It has TWO vailed mod "slots" which results in 4 mods actual :D.
phys % + something ? flat phys + something ? if you are super lucky phys % + attack speed flat phys + phys % potentiel 500+ dps ... which deals double damage *g* |

you're completely speculating what mods can even be veiled, and then speculating what mods will be on this weap.

Well, if nothing else, its a good item for learning new/upgrading veiled modifiers.

it must be awesome for super build scale damage depends what skill gem you use , exepmle max level reave is 138% , it should be 276% equal and depend what flat type damage ou use :O

even without knowing the veiled mods pretty broken for a few niche builds, pretty irrelevant for the rest.
At least its good for something though which not all new uniques are lol |
