Heinar is using a Crossbow in the betrayal video, a lot of mobs are already using one handed Xbow.
Crossbow (2 handed one of course) can be simply added using bow tree, but with a slower but really higher damage base. It suit the steam punk ambiances of Wraeclast, and they are already in PoE in the hand of mobs and various NPCs... ... nothing
