3.5 Betrayal - Chieftain EH RAT - Uber Elder - Uber Atziri - HOGM - .

Was just about to start this is 3.5 then I realized getting the Arborix is expensive.

I tried searching it to buy and it's a couple ex. I tried making it with the vendor recipe but grelwood shank is also a few ex.

I made one last ditch effort to get the bow with the random bow divination card recipe but no luck. RiP trying this build haha.

I need a build for endgame bosses lol.

Arborix was used for clear , now use Death's Opus instead. For all bosses just keep using Chin Sol.

Added to the videos a rippy t16 fortification pre-nerf. Syndicate nerf is still appreciated , they hit way too hard.

This guide is well written but I don't agree with some build choices. When I saw "Annoying map mods" I was smiling and thinking why this guy choose chieftain if he don't want max qol from it? DPS wise chieftain is not best for sure hierophant is stronger. I ask myself why not Tukohama ascendancy, why not Blood Magic?

I was testing couple of builds in this league ( got quite long PoE break before ) and final conclusion was Ele Hit is way to go. First I do scion self cast build, but I m quite old and not playing on Mathil skill lvl. So I was struggling with self cast, dps was amazing but survivability and comfort very low. I saw RAT Ele Hit guides and give it try. Results are more then good, it was amazing and very comfortable. DPS drop was not very noticeable because Ele Hit is so OP now. But scion ( templar - hierophant too ) have one huge disadvantage if you compare to marauder-chieftan : totems don't leech live for themselves. So I decided to lvl new char, dedicated for RAT Ele Hit from start. And that was best levling and endgeme experience for me since 2012 year. Ele Hit is just monstrously strong, it changes way how you look on PoE.

Chieftain, 100% and only fire dmg ( Avatar of Fire node ), Hinekora - Tukohama ( totems self and player fire leech, 100% ele and phys reflect immune for totems ) Blood magic for more life and easy non-regen maps.
Chin Sol and point blank quiver.

Spoiler

And I found little trick to get enough dex to use Chin sol:

get that jewel and put it in jewel socket under duelist start. If you think it's socket waste and dps + life lost it's exactly opposite: you can set free 6 passive points mostly spend for dex nodes in passive tree!

This skill and build combo is rdy for anything in PoE, it clear maps and delve fast and kill bosses insanely fast. You will never again look and map mods using it, just chisel then alch map and go. No mater what you get it will be easy.

My gear

Spoiler

I have now 9904 life ( 95 lvl ), 61% passive ( non-curse ) fire pen and more then enough dmg to play comfortably.

Thanks for the reply and the tip about the Fluid Motion jewel , even tho its not useful for this build.
On top of the Fluid Motion you are getting 70+ dex from amulet and another jewel. For this build that doesnt need that extra dex we would lose 2 sockets jewels and Yoke of Suffering , huge amount of damage lost there.
Speaking of damage , I loaded your build on PoB and it does less damage that my Delve league Chieftain when I intentionally lowered its damage using Arborix (3.4 version) , Cyclopean Coil and rare boots just with life and some resistances.
Your build and mine have different aproach , thats why you cant slap anything that works fine on the other , some things will just not work.
So to be clear to anyone thinking of trying my guide, dont even waste a sec with Fluid Motion jewel , it will mess up the build big time.
You went for the stack as much life as possible and it clearly shows , at lvl 95 your build have around 3.8k more hp than mine. Here is the problem tho, you barely have any mitigation, when you dont have even 2k armor , no Fortify , no Arctic Armour , no Phase Acrobatics and on top of that you do close to 1/3 the damage output than mine then those 3,8k more life doesnt feel that better(I went the Kaom route , its not that good).
Im not sure how could you stand against Betrayal's fortications before the nerf , you can watch this vid ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6kuwozhGsh4 its on the videos section) while I was still gearing and leveling (just 4.9k hp , using Death Opus) on a t16 map modded with 2 Additional Projectiles , Crit chance and Multi , Enfeeble and EE . It that fled was there, no problem tho.
Also doing Uber Elder with your damage must be a painful experience.
Anyway , thanks again for the reply and the tips and keep having fun with your build , I know going your way in this game its amazing when it works for you.

I can use ofc Yoke of Suffering it not big deal, I not using it yet because I don't feel need for any more dps. My survivability is excellent now, don't need Phase Acrobatics rulete. I have 7 spirit charges and insane life regen, that comes from lab enchants and very high life pool.

Playing chieftain and not using 100% totem fire immunity from Tukohama ascendancy sounds very silly for me.
