Linking xbox characters to POE website

Is it even possible to link our xbox accounts to the website for achievements etc?

No, it is not yet possible.
It will be interesting I guess to see how many things that have been attributed to M$ get similar treatment with Sony (Stuff that GGG cannot change because of M$). I now comment in Forums with my Xbox account:
