[Minor] In mine opening Voltaxic Generator causing Achievements to not open

If I am in the mine and before doing anything I can open the Achievements tab.

If I go and open the Voltaxic Generator and then try to open the Achievements tab, it instead opens to Voltaxic Generator tab. All other tabs open and close correctly.

Achievement tabs appears to work normally after exiting the mine.
