Resend password for unlock game don't work with the free.fr webmail

it's been weeks since I can not connect to the games POE.

I use a email adress free.fr (free webmail).
When I use resend email , i never receive the mail in my mailbox.

Can you help me ?

My account free.fr receive email from other (from my other count gmail.com)
