Vaal Glacial Hammer, does it drop in 3.4?

After farming all league I have not had a single Vaal Glacial Hammer drop and in checking the trade website there are only 40 listed across all accounts whereas other Vaal gems like Vaal Molten Shell or Vaal Earthquake number in 15k+ listings.

it dose, you just don't see many of them for trade because you can,
A. have them drop from the vaal side areas B. you can buy glacial hammer gems and corrupt them very very easily. Also glacial hammer isn't particularly popular and the vaal part isn't as useful as some other vaal skills Ancestral Bond.
