It looks like you haven't killed one of the bandits. What does your quest description say when you choose that quest in the World Panel (you picked Shadow of the Vaal instead)?

so it actually doesn't look that way because I'm told by the quest to talk to eramir, and I hover the quest and it hovers the forest encampment. it's actually a bug.Edit: Also, I killed all the bandits.
