increased rarity on a strongbox doesnt do much, as a strongbox's base rarity drop is insanely low to begin with, so lets just say its 0, now multiply that 2000 times 0, yup didnt change a thing, lol. rarity is ok, if used for bossing, but this game is very anti bossing, lol

Holy shit! That high of IIQ and IIR and that's what dropped?! I guess even a million % of 0 is still 0 so 1000 to 2000% of garbage is still just more garbage. So GGG, what's the point of this nonsense?
