Ahuatotli Progression Lock

This is the 4th time in a row where I have had Ahuatotli get animation locked during the fight. At around 65-80% HP he just stops casting spells and lets me wail on him until 50% HP but at no point does he enter Darkness phase as intended.

All runs were as my DD Occultist.

The biome mods are:
Monsters have Onslaught
+40% monster physical damage reduction
Monsters gain an endurance charge on hit

Have been attempting the challenge goals for Delve Boss I (a,c,d), Phase Running to keep all pyramids off while my DD attack Ahuatotli in the middle, my minions have a 5% chance to blind and taunt.

Ahuatotli casts spells like normal until ~1:05 at which point the stun spears from Rampage hit him and he enters his waiting animation, although he doesn't seem to be invulnerable in this state until he drops to 50% HP.

i'm having the same problem, first with a friend who is playing a skele summoner and then again alone. I'm playing a summoner hybrid with both new heralds as minions, but pulling them away from the boss doesnt help. Elsewise the bug seems similar to what happened with Atziri in the past where the phases wouldnt shift.

Tried the fight again today, still gets softlocked at 50% HP but apparently you can break the animation lock by using Dynamite on him to force the darkness phase.

Hopefully this bug gets fixed but at least now we know a work-around.

Ran into him again, this time with the mod:

"

Monsters cannot be taunted

Which appears to prevent this bug behavior, he never freezes and automatically enters darkness phase as intended. This makes me think that it's being caused by minion taunts messing up his AI.
