Questions about str skills...

Hi!

this is what i use on my tempelar:

Skill: Infernal blow

supported by:
-added fire damages
-chances to ignite
-elemental proliferation
-fire penetration

This is actually doing a great job, as you can imagine.

well. These are my questions:
Infernal blow makes an explosion when you kill something with it.

About the explosion damages do i have a chance to ignite with these damages?

About elemental proliferation If a monster is ignited by proliferation, does "fire penetration" works?
