Hollow Fossils Help & Clarification

If I use a hollow fossil to craft something it add 1 abyssal socket right?
If I use a chaotic resonator after to recraft my item, will it loose it's abyssal socket? If I use a scourge orb? what happen? Last bumped on Oct 21, 2018, 6:34:06 PM

The abyssal socket is added by a mod on the item. If that mod is removed, so is the socket.

thank you, awhh so there's no way of abusing it to get the juicy abyssal socket then starting to spam chaotic resonator.
