You are dropping a major amount of packets there and it continues to the server, it's just outside of GGG's server hosts network, so at best GGG could only relay the info to their hosts and their hosts onto whoever operates the problem node. Your ISP would do the same thing but they have more clout that GGG. It also looks like you have a secondary problem of getting 200ms(ish) lag spike starting at the second hop which are pretty consistent, you might have luck clearing this particular problem yourself by turning off the router for a few minute then restarting, if it dose not clear up though, you would need to contact your ISP Ancestral Bond. I'm also having the same problem with Japan and Singapore ping spikes when i use skills etc. what isp do you have? PLDT Fiber?

Yes, it is PLDT Fibr, but im not lagging now and its a LOT better than last time.
