Let me start by saying I am new to POE. I don't have a Soulwrest yet, but I did get a 6L staff. I am currently level 43 starting in Highgate. I have these gems installed in the 6L staff. - Phantasm on Kill, Faster Casting, Minion Damage, Controlled Destruction, Greater Multiple Projectiles, Faster Projectiles I am not sure if I am seeing Phantasm's since I never had a build with them before. What do they look like? I am seeing my Spectres and 2 creatures of some type shooting what looks like lightning from their hands. Are those Phantasms? You need to have your Phantasm on Kill linked to a skill. Just putting it in a staff along with other supports wont proc it.
