Is this awesome?



Lots of Spell Damage.
Lots of Cast Speed.
And with Blade Vortex, Bladefall, Ethereal Knives, and Glacial Cascade (not the best use of it?), you'd get an extra 22% as lightning damage.

Don't mind the buyout. I wasn't sure if it was anything, and figured I would check. I think it's cool, but not sure if it is or not.

Should I take the silence as no?

You can get better stats on a 1 hander, and arcane surge isn't the best link for main skill
