Payment pending. Please help!

I purchased the Dreadforge Supporter Pack yesterday. The credit was reduced from my bank account but I have not received anything. When I checked my account transaction, it says "Payment pending". I called my bank to make sure and they confirmed they haven't received any refund.

Thanks for your response. I already sent an email to support but they said they couldn't do anything about it. I tried to contact Xsolla and they said they will look into it. Now I'm waiting for their response.
