[Suggestion] (chat): Option to display timestamp for all messages.

Currently it seems that only actual chat messages (ie: text from/to a player) are prepended with a timestamp in the chat window. It would be nice if we had the option to display timestamps for other messages.

Timestamp information is recorded in the log along with these other messages but isn't displayed in-game.

Messages that don't get timestamped include the following:
  • <Player> has [joined/left] the area.
  • <Player> has been [added to/removed from] your ignore list.
  • Trade [accepted/cancled].
  • AFK mode is now [ON/OFF].[...]
  • Other output from all /commands.

Thanks for your consideration.

I have never found myself having a need for them, but sounds like a good idea. Perhaps always show them, so no new setting is required.
No for seeing any timestamp in game, too many things are breaking the immersion already.
Now as an option ... I would not care.

edit : nvm it's in the log we got already.
SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

I'm a big fan of options. That way people who like the feature can have it and those who don't like it don't have to put up with it.

The timestamps already exist in the chat log (at PoE install directory/logs/Client.txt), they just don't show up in-game for non-player-chat messages.
