Cannot open game now. Exception Error code- 2005270523 and many other exceptions

***EDIT**** Turns out a brand new Asus 1080 TI crapped out a few days after installing. I have tried a 1070 and a 1060 in it's place and both worked without an issue**

I started over 4 hours ago, emailing tech support at techsupport@grindinggear.com. I have built a new PC and have a new install of PoE.

I have been getting game freezes, where I can hear the sound and action continuing. I also get cascading exception error codes like the one above. Sometimes it says art/belts etc. and sometimes it is some other lines.

Here are two:

"Art/2DArt/Cubemaps/Prison_specular.dds': In source Could file: f:\buildslave\build\production\source\windows\visual\device\d3d11\textured3d11.cpp at line 195,

Here are all the things I have been instructed to do at this point:

1: "Could you please run a Pack Check to see if it can find any problems with the game files? Details on how you can do this can be found here: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/18531"

2: "Could you please try reinstalling DirectX from the 'redist' folder located in the main Path of Exile folder? Could you also please delete the 'production_config.ini' file located in Documents/My Games/Path of Exile and let the client re-download this?"

***After this, the game just started freezing at the GGG animation intro and popping up the exception errors, or just closing on it's own.***

3: "Next, could you please try using DirectX 9 or 9 Ex and let us know if this helps? You should be able to change this in the in-game options or via the production_Config.ini file."

***I made mention that I couldn't get into the game at all to do that. Also, my ini file was blank because I was instructed to delete it. I restored it and changed it to 9. Same result.****

4: "Can you please let us know if you are able to restore the deleted production_Config.ini file and try and edit this version? If not, could you please send us a DxDiag report? You should be able to do this by searching your start menu for "dxdiag" and running "dxdiag.exe". Once you have done so, please click "Save all Information" and attach the resulting text file in a reply to this email."

5: "Can you please try installing the latest update for your graphics drivers and let us know if this helps? You should be able to find this here: https://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/138697"

Now it's been 2 hours and no response. The issue is now worse than I started with. I cannot open the game at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

After reinstalling the game, the exception error still shows at the GGG animation screen, but now it says error at line 305.
i get this error message too

i reinstalled the game 3 times and i still get this error message it seems to be because of 2 reasons

1. orath (act 10 town) is super crashy so before you close your game enter scarn encampent or bridge encampment towns its less crashy so when you relog you enter the town which you last joined

2. x64 bit client consumes more ram so if you have chrome open in the background (for doing poe.trade trades) it consumes too much RAM memory resulting in crash so if you have 8 GB RAM thats not enough consider upgrading to 16 GB RAM or do not run chrome in the background

I have 16g of RAM.

I run Firefox in the background.

I just wiped my PC (it's a new build so not much was on it), installing only drivers and PoE. I get the same problem. I barely make it to the log in screen sometimes. Other times it crashes right at the start.
