"The red dream" drop possibilities

I am curious, i dropped a "The Red Dream" jewel about a month ago but i don't really remember where. Now a few days ago i looked through the Breachlords on wiki and the stuff they can drop and saw that this jewel is supposedly only dropt by Chayula in her realm. Thing is, i've never been in her realm. In my 8 months of playing i was able to collect 6 splitters of her (shoutout to the GGG guy who thought it was a good idea to require 100 splinters to get a fucking breachstone, i'll probably have Shaper down before i see my first breachlord).

So how did i get that jewel? I barely ever trade and certainly not for stuff like that and i am fairly sure i didn't get it from a prophecy. Can it drop in a normal breach? I know that breachlords sometimes spawn in normal breaches but that would mean that i've killed her without even noticing, are the breachlords that weak? She is supposed to be the strongest of them isn't she?

Without dangerous map mods, Breach Lords are quite manageable in regular breaches. The biggest challenge for me has usually been killing them before the breach closes, if I didn't encounter them at start, because they have considerable amounts of HP.

As for the splinters, they're both based on the frequency of breaches in breach league and the fact that people can trade them to get a full set much more quickly.

Breach uniques can drop in the breaches you find in maps, though the drop rate is fairly low.

@ DER_PSYCOPATH - You don't actually kill the breach lords when doing breaches. You can only bring them to very low health, then they flee, dropping a bunch of splinters. You only kill the lords in their realms.

i guess a spawned chayula can drop it, iunno.
