Can a Essence of Horror stack with a Elder Quiver?

I know you can do this with a shaper chest piece but can you get lucky and stack both added cold damages per frenzy?

No one knows? Can I get someone from GGG or something to confirm if it can happen because I dont see anyone with a double frenzy craft and I don't want to waste my time trying when its not possible.

essence mod is a prefix & elder mod is a suffix ...so it can be stacked.
good luck to get both on a quiver.... have fun learning is a painful process ... knowledge is the most deadly weapon.
