Discord and POE audio problem

Hi,

I have a strange problem since several weeks now :
Discord is working fine, but when I launch POE, the audio stutters like a robot voice and became unusable. The problem stops when I exit POE.
The problem does not occur with other games or internet program using network bandwidth. Only with POE...

I checked my network bandwidth : none of both program is using a lot of bandwidth or saturating my network.

Note that I tried to reinstall Discord from scratch. Also reset settings.

what kind of interaction can exist between both programs???
can i change something in POE or windows 7 settings to try to fix this ?

I wonder if some one has the same problem or a solution ?

please help, i cannot play with my guild under discord... :-(

I still have the same problem, despite several POE and Discord updates. Anyone has an idea to help me ?
