Cannot right-click currency, but can right-click to attack

I purchased a new mouse (Logitech G600). I was surprised to discover that I could not right click scrolls of wisdom or any other currency that will later be applied to a target (regret orbs still work).

In addition to regret orbs, I can still right click to attack just fine.

Nevermind. It appears my new mouse is firing two right-click events in rapid succession. When you right click a currency item in-game it picks it up and then drops it. This was happening too quickly to see.
