Bubble shield monsters are ret**ed..

WHo even thought it was a good idea? So frustrating, 5 mobs are f.. immune to anything.

Im glad GGG isnt completely st***d.. otherwise they would put video:

who wins 10 bubble monsters or kitava..

f.... st***d. Most id**t monster design by far - it can work in offline single player games, not in delusional path of exile game.
I dislike rarity so much im almost quitting poe2. GGG.

They are never alone. Its always at least 4 5 mobs. And they shield 10 non shielded mobs.

Good luck running in the middle of the 15-20mob pack.
The bubbles overlap.
Also they body block.

There is a flask that lets you phase through monsters
there are movement skills that let you go through or over monsters.

There are ways to lure the monsters to not be soo clumped if it happens to be blocking you.

They are annoying yes, but are the only thing that gives a ranged char any trouble.

Just have to pick your approach on these mobs 99.99% of the time it is done with an additional second of thought.
Oh no, there is one type of mobs in the whole game that is easier to kill for melee, while hundreds of others put melee at a serious disadvantage ... Remove it! Instantly!

If I find such packs it takes 1min to clear them up. I am in melee range, but yes, its my fault not to use "phasing" and weird solutions for simple problems.

I guess everyone is at fault for not using rf.

Not sure how to feel when 4 fuckers block 20 mobs for 1 minute.. Nice design I guess../s Id rather have every mob have bleeding mods or exploding fire bubble that flies at you than bubble mobs. Even fetishes from diablo2 is not that bad.

Literally nothing else is that bad.. there is nothing to compare - its even more prominent with 30PING.

Did I mentioned ping? All bs phasing does nothing because it desyncs so bad it acomplishes nothing.

Also lockstep makes all game at 30fps but lag as if its 5fps.. its unplayable.

Thanks for this thread. If you hadn't made it, I wouldn't have realised that in the 5+ years that I've been playing this game, I've never managed to kill a proximity shield mob.

Or have I? HmmmmmmMMMmMmMMmmmmm...
Love the games. PoE1 way more so than PoE2, but still enjoying both.

Hate the company. The scummy, lying, fake and shitty facade, the excuses, the failures, and most of all, the "Vision".

Keep both of those in mind when reading my posts.
They’re not hard but they are rather stupid when you’re playing a ranged minion build like herald of agony. They make the cd on convocation so damn painful :(.
The shielding can certainly be scaled up to ludicrous amounts depending on your build and who you are fighting.

A certain snake and siren comes to my mind with this sort, and they're both similar in that they do everything in their power to keep their distance, with crazy move speed, while also spamming spells and attacks at you. I just love having to need to chase down a speeding snake while it repeatedly causes me to bleed. So much for being "easier to kill as melee" like one suggested.

I can't recall fighting more than one of these at a time though. An overlap would be incredibly frustrating should the shields actually stack. The best I can recommend is SRS for these buggers. It's how I've managed to kill the Tormented Temptress as efficiently as possible.
