Big flat damage with alot of strenght. That's best choice for us to gain our DPS.

Don't care about accuracy

Ash and more strenght. Avatar of Fire is not necessary because we killing stuff with pure fire damage
You can use this also, if you don't have enought currency

14% more damage, 2k armour and 100HP. That's pretty good choice for almost all stuff. And cheap too.

80% res, elemental damage and attributes. Best for big bosses like Uber Elder. But not cheap option.

Strenght and block chance. With this stuff you gain add 50+% block chance that add great survaivability to your build.

You need ring like this. 20 gain life on hit with alot of balls = instant leech and facetank bosses.

Also Watcher's Eye with vitality bonusses is perfect for berserker.

Best option for late game - helmet with +projectile for molten strike.

But if you don't wanna loose 3+ex you can use helm like this

As you can see multistrike and shaper is on and flasks and frenzy is off :)

Why not jugg?
Better damage, instant life gain from warcries and other gameplay stuff. Jugg is better for survaivability.
Problems?
Need hands for better playin. Also, can't do reflect maps.
Expensive?
This build is cheap than almost all other molten strike. Xoph's blood is not a necessary item because brutus scepter add flat fire damage. But covered in ash boost alot of damage. Use amulet like this before you can gey Xoph's
